You cannot win them all. As a company changes, some people will not like the new direction for reasons that might be objective but, more often than not, are subjective. While we hope that as many issues as possible are discussed openly, the reality is different, and some people will detach themselves from the daily life of the Organisation.

While the people in the Agile Coaching Practice might be able to help (and, if possible, they should!), they might be perceived as too close to and representing the interest of the Organisation and, as such, need to be more trusted to help.

We recommend making some external counselling available (not agile coaches but business/life coaches) so people can discuss and hopefully solve their issues.
