It is important to guarantee there are enough people in the Agile Coaching Practice to have the capacity not just to support the teams but also to support organisational change.

It is difficult to estimate how manu coaches are needed as there are several parameters involved in the choice:

  • Organisational complexity
  • Maturity of the teams
  • Competence of the coaches
  • …

Usually, one coach every 1-2 Teams is a good indication, whereas the more coaches in an organisation, the more bandwidth is available for organisational coaching.
